The quality of your health from the moment you are born is influenced by your environment – in particular your nutrition and exposure to any harmful chemicals. These factors in time influence health, chronic illness, energy, mood and weight.

Karena Tonkin

Karena is a clinical nutritionist, educator and health coach, working in private practice and also within the corporate sector. She runs a private Nutritional and Environmental Medicine practice in Brighton, Victoria, which is dedicated to the integrative and holistic care and treatment of adults and children with chronic physical and mental conditions. Karena is a regular speaker at health forums in both medical and corporate settings and is passionate about preparing and supporting her clients to find their own solutions and pathways to health and wellbeing. She embraces this aspect of her work as it enhances prevention of chronic illness and directly influences the success of individuals, families and workplaces.

 

Alison Wright

Alison Wright is a qualified nutritionist who is passionate about helping others to improve their health and wellbeing. Alison runs a private practice in South Melbourne, teaches nutritional medicine and designs and delivers corporate health and wellbeing programs. With her extensive background in corporate management, Alison developed and ran a workplace health and wellbeing program for The Age Print Centre, to help keep employees safe, healthy, motivated and engaged throughout the 18-month duration of the print plant’s closure. This successful program went on to win an award at the National Safety Awards for Excellence in October 2014.

 

Dr Braham Rabinov

For over 30 years Braham has been practicing Holistic Medicine with a particular focus on integrating evidence-based nutrition with standard medical practice, and where possible, addressing their underlying causes. Particular interests include children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, adults with depression, anxiety, chronic tiredness and energy depletion, allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal disorders, and the underlying role of nutrition.
