About

My aim in developing this website was to introduce a holistic medical approach for health and wellness to the web community.

My focus for people who visit my website is to educate them on the food, body, mind connection based on current medical evidence which I trust will give them a more reliable road map for improving their health.

I have decided that the best way to do this is through a combination of electronic and direct person to person contact.  I aim to achieve this through the provision of:

  1. Seminars
  2. Webinars
  3. Video streaming
  4. Extensive resource tools
  5. Clinical consultations.

The educational aspects of my website are provided by myself and a highly qualified and caring team of integrative health practitioners.
