Your Genes and Nutrition Seminar DVD
This DVD is a 2-Part Recording of the original Your Genes and Nutrition Seminar.
The expanding research into the possible role of genes in many chronic illnesses has involved a lot of myth busting and revealing new truths.
There is a dynamic interaction between our genes, which we inherit from our parents, and our environment. Nutritional intake and toxins are two major environmental factors that interact with our genes, and may affect our health and wellness.
The process involves metabolic pathways such as methylation, detoxification, oxidative stress and inflammation.
You can better know how well your genes function with the help of medical, pharmacological and functional genetic profiling, together with medication, nutritional and toxin exposure assessments.
Each person’s situation is unique, and so requires a personalised approach.

Reviews of the Seminar:
Great seminars and workshops! I have now been to the past 3 Your Gut Feelings seminars and they have all been fantastic. My favorite seminar was the Food, Mood & Mental Wellbeing seminar at the Alfred Hospital. All the speakers were fantastic, especially Dr. Rabinov. It’s so obvious he has so much passion and energy for educating people about nutrition and healthy living.
Dr. Denise Furness was also an incrediblespeaker who shared so much cutting information on genetics. I looking forward to attending the next seminar, I just hope it’s over two days as there was so much to take in...
As a colleague of his I have been involved a small part of the organisation of some of his seminars and am aware of the attention to detail he gives to each. Dr.Rabinov's motivation to share a good health message is inspirational.
The delivery of the subject content is measured, and presented in a very friendly and human approach
